Effects
We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method, once goods are returned or proof of return is provided.
You bear direct return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Exclusion
No withdrawal for goods made to your specifications / clearly personalized (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).
